How to measure your head
Place a tape measure in the middle of your forehead, about half an inch above your eyebrows and ears. Wrap it around the full circumference of your head where the sweatband sits — snug but not tight. Keep the tape straight. If you fall between sizes, round up.
Measurements are approximate. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
